(b.1904).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the 1921 census, he is recorded as being a black and white artist and hard up!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy 1939 he is recorded as an artist in book illustration and was living in Flanders Road, Hounslow, London.
