He illustrated several of his father's works as well - The Cock and Anchor, The Evil Guest, and The Watcher and Other Weird Stories (Brinsley wrote a preface too). \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan\u003eApart from illustration, he excelled in painting too, exhibiting at the Dudley Gallery, the Manchester City Art Gallery, the New Water Colour Society, the Royal Academy and the Royal Society of British Authors.
